Important Information

  • You have 30 days to return items.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days.
  • No restocking fees.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your products. You are entitled to return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days via the same payment method used to place your order.

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item, please email support@aurelles.com.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you received and place a new order for the desired item.

Starting a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to support@aurelles.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If possible, include clear photos of any damage or issue.
  2. Return approval: Our customer service team will contact you with instructions on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, additional information or documentation may be requested.
  3. Return shipping: Send the product at your own expense to the address provided. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Inspection and processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and the reason for the return. We will then process your refund.
