Shipping Countries:

We currently ship to mainland France and the United Kingdom.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have successfully registered your order in our system and have begun processing it.

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours after your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery Details

Below are the average delivery times for all our parcels:

If the order is placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+1 – Paris time), it will be processed the same day.

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Country Delivery Time
Mainland France 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday)
United Kingdom 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday)


Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on every order. All orders are delivered free of charge to your home in France and the United Kingdom.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum processing and delivery time has been exceeded and your order has still not arrived, please do not worry. Allow up to two additional days and use your tracking number. If your package has still not been delivered, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged package or incorrect items (for example, wrong size or wrong color), please take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
